Eventhough new behaviors take time to learn and implement they don't have to be hard to understand. Instead why not make it just easy?

Kathys post on Breaaktrough ideas is fun, entertaining and a great summary of mordern innovation and diffusion management. It just makes us everybody else so dull. But we can learn. I'll definately try.
